It's a good source of information from all levels of knowledge about the product/service and all the various other services related to it such as web hosting, marketing, customer service etc. And it fits all shapes sizes, ages and computer skill level. And it was so well organized right from the beginning with the survey asking for input on what prospective participants would expect and at what cost, right up to the check list e-mailed and messaged via the multitude of ways to contact folks these days. It is a relaxed way to meet like-minded people and people with different ideas, but who all want to share and learn from a structured format (speakers) but also with the freedom to offer their own mini-classes or participate in the same.
